At Bambienti we pride ourselves on the steps we take to ensure your design reaches you in premium condition.

You will be e-mailed when your item has been dispatched.

For smaller items we use an overnight courier and items are normally dispatched within 1 week of receipt of order.

In case you are out and we miss you the couriers will leave a card and attempt to redeliver. If on the second occasion they are still unable to deliver to your property (because nobody is home) the goods will be returned to us and additional costs will be due for re-delivery.

Larger pieces and fragile pieces such as mirrors are delivered using a two man delivery network. We aim to despatch them within 14 days.

With larger items we will call you prior to dispatch to arrange a convenient day for you to receive delivery. Please ensure you supply an up to date contact number with your order.

In the unlikely event that nobody is home when we attempt to deliver the goods will be returned to us and additional costs will be due for re-delivery.

The quoted delivery costs are for UK mainland customers only.

Customers living outside of mainland UK should please contact us for an accurate delivery cost.
